In his Third Annual Message to Congress on December 7, 1903, President Theodore Roosevelt stated that "No Man is Above the Law." He further stated that "Obedience to the Law is demanded as a right; not asked as a favor."
Not Above the Law (NATL) is a 501(c)(3) Not for Profit Organization Dedicated to Ensuring that all Victims of Crime are Treated with Respect, Dignity, and Compassion, Regardless of the Perpetrator's Status in the Community. In Addition to Crisis Intervention Counseling, Court Accompaniment, Assistance with Crime Victims Compensation Applications (CVC's), and Information and Referral Services, NATL's Founder, and Advocate, also Specializes in Advocating on Behalf of Survivors of Homicide Victims, Victims Involved in "High Profile Cases," and Victims of "High Profile Offenders."
